Rob was outstanding throughout the entire process. He understood all my limitations and requirements. We had a very small area of geography to choose from and he was able to find a townhouse that was below my budget and was nicer than I thought I would get. He spent a lot of time looking at school bus routes, knowing my kids wouldn't be leaving their schools. He went to the school web site to research all the routes without me asking. There were many other small but needed things he did during the entire closing procedures. His help was great appreciated. Even now that I've closed on the house, I've asked him questions dealing with the HOA...and he's answered every question. Was there always...even late night text messages. He responded.
