It was great working with Robert Gluskin! Ive worked with multiple realtors and Robert has definitely established a new bar for what I now expect in a realtor. Moving from California to Las Vegas was a huge move for us and with limited time, Robert spent the better part of 7 days over two trips focused on us. He quickly learned our likes and dislikes and surprised us with many beautiful homes making for a hard decision on which one we wanted. Ultimately, we found our forever home. Robert was more than I could ask for in a realtor. From the start he was communicative, excited, and trustworthy. He was able to take my wishes for a home, formulate a search, guide me on aspects of homes that I wouldn't have thought about, and get me in seeing houses so quickly and easily. Robert was able to get us in to see a house that wasn't even on the market yet and when I fell in love with the house, was able to work it out with the sellers to come in under asking.He walked me through the entire home buying experience from start to finish and ensured I felt comfortable and informed through the entirety of the process. He was able to put me in contact with many different types of specialists from loan officers to pool guys and contractors, all of them trustworthy as well. During this process, he took charge and worked through a couple of hiccups that inevitably come up in this type of transaction and was able to work through several things to my benefit. He did all of this with transparency and open communication, which I appreciated.Not only all of the things listed above, but he did all of this despite my budget. I was told from previous buyers that he makes everyone feel important and I couldn't agree more. I truly felt like an appreciated and valued client even though my budget was not very high. I cant believe how lucky I was to meet Robert . He was much more than I expected in every aspect of selling my home . I was a little nervous when I first met him , he seemed a little young .
