- Buying and ListingWe purchased a Short Sale home with all the complexities associated with it and the bank. It was a MESS both figuratively and literally. Add into the issue the almost insurmountable amount of paperwork all the new laws and disclosures and the mess can become a nightmare. I won't say there were no hiccups along the way, but Bob worked through all of them and was a true advocate for us the buyer of the "new" home, as well as for us the seller of our old home.
