his is the second time I have worked with Bob and Susan in the last year. When my family sold my Mother's house - I found them to be especially responsive and truthful(a word you do not hear in dealing with Lawyers and other sales people generally). So, after that experience, I asked them to please sell my house as I was going to downsize. Once again they hit the nail on the head and hope to close shortly. Sue and Bob are the consummate professionals, as soon as we signed the listing agreement they made things happen. A sign was erected, photos were taken, and we were up on MLS. Within 3 days they had an agents open house and we had our first offer ( we turned it down). They were always in touch and easy to reach, if we got their voice mail our call was returned promptly. They apprised us of all offers and gave us feedback as to what buyers thought. Sue and Bob were very generous with their time holding many open houses and showings. They know all the ins and outs of real estate and once we attained a buyer they walked us through the whole selling process. They were thorough in their explanation of all the paper work and made a very stressful event much more relaxing and pleasurable .

As first time home buyers, my wife and I were pretty were totally overwhelmed with the process of finding the right house for us. In addition, we had very specific ideas of what we wanted in our dr eam home (a big yard for our dogs, central location, etc). Bob and Susan were life-savers in that regard. They were patient, suggestive, and always there for us whenever we had any questions or concerns. And once all was said and done, they not only found us a home beyond our wildest dreams, but also helped us through the home-buying process and have stayed in touch after the purchase to ensure we had all of our ducks in line once we moved in.
