Bob has almost 40 years in the financial sector, working with client in their finances, including Real Estate transaction. Prior to joining Century 21 North Homes Realty, Inc. in July, 2011, Bob owned and operated his own CPA and financial consulting firm. He is also a Certified QuickBooks Pro Advisor for 2009, 2010, 2017 and 2018 versions of QuickBooks Pro. After leaving Century 21 North Homes in 2012, Bob joined Champions Real Estate Services in Lynnwood, WA. After working at Champions for 2 years, he changed and went with ReMax Elite in Lynnwood. After a year and a half, he went back to Champions. In the Fall of 2017, a health issue stopped him in his tracks. After a couple of months treatment and rest, Bob joined the Lynnwood office of Home Smart ION Realty Group in early January 2018. Bob is a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) and a Certified Investor Agent Specialist (CIAS). Recently, he has turned his sights onto the Commercial Real Estate market and is working with an experienced commercial agent in the office.
