Robert is not only an amazing person, but the best Realtor I have ever worked with. I was in a tough situation with family living with me in my home I needed to sell; in which I was rarely there. He handled it with grace and understanding for all parties and still got the job done. In the end, he sold the home for more than I was expecting to get while dealing with difficult family tenants. In addition, he negotiated my concurrent purchase of a new home which included an early move in which was critical. I could not have chosen a better realtor who handled the difficult, time consuming challenges.
