As a first time home buyer, I leaned heavily on Bob's knowledge and experience of the Philadelphia real estate market and the home buying process. As both a real estate professional and a local resident, Bob knows his stuff and was a great partner guiding me through every step. He was very patient throughout my search for my "perfect" property. He never hesitated to look out for my best interests, cautioning me when a potential home was overvalued as well as going to bat on my behalf with the builder. He was extremely valuable negotiating the purchase price, agreement of sale, "punch list", etc. and was cool under pressure when we decided to delay settlement. After spending so much time with Bob on various nights and weekends over the past 6 months it will take some adjustment period not seeing him as frequently. However, I am glad to now call Bob a valued friend.
