Rob was amazing every step of the way. He met with us months before we went on the market to advise us how best to prep our home for sale. His advice was spot on, helping us to spruce up and stage our home to best effect. His promotional materials are beautiful, and generated a lot of interest in our home. His sales strategy worked exactly as he planned (and said it would): we had numerous offers the first weekend, and ended up selling it at a great price to a buyer who loves our home. Rob always responds quickly to questions (large and small). He is extremely knowledgeable and really understands the market. I can't recommend him highly enough! l

With a fairly upscale home we wanted someone who truly understood the market and had a concrete plan to sell our property in a reasonable amount of time. Not only did Rob have a great plan but he had at his disposal an impressive bag of tools to use. The online video tour of our home he and his associates created was simply amazing. He ensured maximum visibility by listing the home on various online sites as well as doing direct mailings and holding an open house. The average time for a home like ours to be on the market before it sold was two to three months. Ours sold in three weeks! Throughout the process Rob was always available to answer whatever questions we had. His wealth of knowledge and experience in the Riverside housing market is simply outstanding. He truly works with you not just for you.

I hope my review does justice to the superb service that I got from Rob Murray and I'd give him 10 stars if I could. I had a small condo, but I was treated like I had a million dollar home! From the start Rob was very professional and informative. He paid attention to the smallest details and all of my questions were answered honestly. I ended up selling my condo for much more than the asking price and we actually set a record price for my complex!! I owe that all to Rob. The virtual tour that was uploaded to the web was exceptional. He communicates constantly with his clients and there was never an email, text or call that wasn't promptly answered. I hear folks tell me that their homes have been on the market for months without an offer, and I got multiple offers for full price the first weekend it went up for sale! Rob is the man! This was our 2nd time using Rob Murray for our real estate needs. The 1st time was as buyers. He got us the house we wanted for the price we wanted. This time, a few years later, he helped us sell our other home. Not only did he get it sold quickly he got us more for the house than we were even expecting!! When looking for a Realtor to sell my home I went online and compared reviews. Rob stood out from the rest in the number of reviews and their content. After meeting with him I was very impressed, he was straightforward about the process, answered all my questions so I hired him to sell my home. He made repair and upgrading recommendations and referred affordable contractors to do the work. His photographer took fabulous pictures and created a killer virtual tour. His recommended listing price was higher than my expectation and to my surprise after the first weekend we had multiple offers. Rob was able to get buyers to compete with each other and we ended up getting $10,000 over the asking price! From start to finish he kept me informed and was always easy to get ahold of. Rob is the cream of the crop, best of the best and I would never consider hiring anyone but him!
