I am writing to acknowledge the tremendous work of one of your agents, Robert Narda. Yesterday I purchased a condominium in the Old City section of Philadelphia. The closing yesterday was the culmination of many hours spent with Robert looking at condos throughout Philadelphia. I have been involved with many realtors over the years, and Robert was the best one with whom I have worked. Robert was not only punctual, he was always early. Because I pride myself on never being late, I usually arrive 10-15 minutes early to scheduled meetings. At least half of the times that I met Robert, he had beaten me to the meeting place.Robert was extremely patient and accommodating. He would go out of his way to make sure I did not have to go out of mine. He asks good questions and listens well. After one or two appointments, he had a clear idea of what I was looking for, and we didnt waste time looking at places in which I had no interest.Finally, Robert has an intangible quality that makes him an excellent realtor. He took a personal interest in my decision-making process that went well beyond the monetary implications for him. As we narrowed down the list of possible purchases, he was genuinely happy. And when he showed me the property I eventually bought, he was visibly please because he was sure I was going to like it.I have never done this beforewritten a letter of commendation regarding someone with whom I had business dealings. However, I was so impressed with Robert, I felt it necessary to pass along my observations to you. And please be assured, I asked him for your name and address. This is in no way solicited by Robert. I have assured Robert that I will recommend him strongly to anyone I know who is in the market to buy or sell a house.Thank You

I recently purchased a home on 1206 S Alder St in the Bella Vista section of Philadelphia. The agent I worked with was Robert Narda. It has now been approximately two weeks since I have settled on my house. I recently purchased my home through Prudential and the guidance of real estate agent Rob Narda. I had such a positive experience that I felt it necessary to share it with you. This being my first home purchase, I was very nervous about the whole process, particularly when it came to putting my trust into a real estate agent. While this process had many ups and downs, as I imagine it always does when purchasing a home, Rob helped to smoothly transition me through each step. In the end, I got the perfect house for me in a wonderful neighborhood - at a bargain no less - and I owe much of that to Rob's hard work and dedication. The experience was so good, in fact, that I feel like I gained a friend as well as a home.
