Bottom line he got us probably $25K more and sold in 2 days! How? - Contacted on a Friday, came over next day with several detailed comps in that area and really narrowed in on the competition and trade-offs to what we should do and return. - Ours was an older home (1978) and needed some upgrades, but had very little time <3weeks to get better price AND insure we'd get traffic. - His contacts to get cabinets resurfaced, granite, home repairs, appliances etc were phenomenal. We had 2 bathrooms and kitchen with full granite in less than 8 days!! And it looked incredible! - Then the pictures were superb. Compared to most on Zillow, even $750K+ homes, blew them away. - Bottom Line: Listed and contract in 3 days. Anyway, could go on and on, but biggest thing- Character.
