I'm an investor from Oregon which is a wonderful place to live but has very low cap rates making it hard to find a cash flow property.I knew Sacramento would deliver me both the cash flow and appreciation I was looking for and found Rob Saxe on the internet. He does great videos, so I could get to know him a little bit before actually making the trip to Sacramento.I'm a new investor and VERY picky. I made four trips to Sac before finding the right property to close on. I was in Oregon when I found my perfect fourplex on the MLS. By this time I knew Rob pretty well, and after having him take a look at it, I had the confidence in Rob to get the investment under contract without ever seeing it myself.
