The one thing that sticks out most for me was how SMOOTH closing went. I was not stressed or nervous at all. I sat down we signed papers and off I went. Bob made sure ahead of time, that if I had any questions, I was comfortable with how it was going to be. He did a great job.

I had to sell my childhood home while living in a different state. Bob and I attended high school together so I thought I would reach out to him to see if he could help me sell the home. My dad had had a stroke. My sister couldn't handle the distress of selling out childhood home. And life was VERY complicated. Right from the start, we were very impressed with Bob. We had chosen 2 realtors to meet with to discuss the sale of our house, and Bob was easily the top choice when all was said and done. We let him know on a Thursday evening that we wanted him to be our agent, and our house was listed, along with beautifully done pictures and a walk through video, by Friday evening. Could not ask for better! After struggling with communication with the realtor selling our home, we were feeling very discouraged. My wife and I had a fantastic experience with Bob as our realtor. We started off casually looking for homes on Zillow and eventually contacted agents a few times to meet us at homes we were interested in. We clicked from the very beginning-he understood exactly what our interests were and was easily able to put that into finding us a home to suit our needs. My roofmate condo neighbor (Adam) is 92 and was very reluctant about moving into a senior living place. When he finally agreed it was the best thing for him, he wanted Bob Selensky as his realtor. Ive known Bob for several years, and there is nothing he wouldnt do for his clients. There was SO much that had to be done to get Adam moved since he has no family. Bob and I worked together as a team in this effort - to get Adam situated in his new senior apartment, get his condo in shape for selling, and take care of all the many details.
