I spoke to Robert just over a year ago and he set me up with a lender that was very forthcoming about my credit. So I worked on my credit and called Robert back. Even after a year he remembered exactly who I was and what I was looking for. As soon as I told him I was prequalified he sent me about 100 properties to look through. He was there showing me houses around my schedule. I did enjoy the he didn't beat around the bush when it came to properties that he felt weren't right for me. I will go to him in the future for any house buying and recommend him to anyone looking.

Me, My wife and parents were looking for a house. I filled out a request to view a property in beach park. Within the hour on a Saturday morning I was contacted by Robert Sidlauskas and was able to schedule a viewing of the property and several others that very same day. Not only that he also referred me to a lender who was able to get me pre-approved in less than an hour. I had all the properties lined up for viewing and pre-approval before 10:00am!! The very first house we looked at is the one we bought. Robert had all of the paperwork done and an accepted offer by 9:00 that very night. He even lined up an attorney for us. I was lucky enough to work with Robert on a previous home purchase, I made a mistake and hired another realtor as kind gesture...needless to say after my home was on the market for a month with zero showings with the other realtor I terminated my contract and called Robert. Robert was more than willing to help me with the sale of my home. He gave me advice on how to make my home more appealing and even hired a professional photographer to come out and take the photos for the listing, the photos made a huge difference. I started to have showings on my home the day it was listed on the market. Lots of showings and within 3-4 weeks I received an offer on my home and the offer was within the range of the price I was willing to accept for the sale of my home. Once I received the offer on my home, my new home search was on! Robert connected me with the an MLS Website with real time listings so that I could see the homes that were available as soon as they hit the market. Robert spent time with me going over my list of requests/requirements and even made some suggestions as to what kind of properties/size I should look be looking for. He made time for me to go and look at properties when I was available, during the day, during the evenings and even on the weekends. When I finally found that home that I chose to write an offer on, Robert's negotiating skills went way above my expectations. The price on my new home was negotiated with in an hour and a half and I got the home for a little bit less than I was expecting to pay for it. I would recommend Robert to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home, I promise that you will not be disappointed with him or the services that he provides! Robert is very caring and considerate of his clients, he listens and is always willing to talk or help out at any time during the buying and selling process. Robert is one of the most professional realtors that I have ever met and had the pleasure of doing business with.

Robert helped us search for a home that would suit both our picky needs as well as our price range for nearly a month. On top of that, we were also in the process of selling our current house and had a really small time window to complete the task! He was always very patient and accommodating. Not once did we feel like we were not his top priority. We viewed dozens of homes during this period and never felt pressured at all. If anything, he stopped us from rushing into some deals that were not for us.I'm a rather demanding person when there's a time crunch who has no problem asking to see ten properties on short notice. Not only would he make it happen, but I would get a detailed review for all these ten properties, listing all pros and cons, and all in the span of 15 minutes. It seemed that nobody else but Robert would tolerate such behavior because he's very passionate about what he does. Communication was also very easy with him through emails, text messages, and phone calls.When we finally found the perfect home he worked very fast to make sure we would land it at the price we wanted. He handled negotiating the entire deal very well and helped us coordinate all the other aspects of appraisals, inspections, and other services. He is incredibly proactive, kept us informed every step of the way. When we encountered some bumps in the road, he had no difficulty maneuvering around the situations to get us the house we wanted. He never appeared flustered or unable to cope with the difficult situations that arose. We wouldn't be able to get the house we liked without Robert's help. We have a real estate agent for a lifetime and would recommend him to anyone!

It was my first time for buying a property and Robert with his team made this process very easy. I am so happy for working with Robert! He is very responsive, honest and care person. He works very fast, always answer to any questions at any time, and was able to work around my schedule . He made really good deal for me: He cut the original price of the property and I am so happy and thankful for that. I highly recommend Robert and his excellent team! They are the best!!!!

As a first time home buyer, Robert was there for me every step of the way. It was luck that I asked to see one of the houses he had listed, as soon as I sent in my request he called me and had a half an hour conversation with me (on a Sunday night) about the whole house buying process and what I was looking for. Robert is very direct and treats you like family. If he thought a property wasn't the right fit he wasn't shy to tell me. He pointed out any potential problems he saw and was very honest. He protects his client and went up to bat for me with "greedy" sellers. Robert was very easy to get a hold of, it was nice to be able to text back in forth during the work day. He was also very flexible with his schedule showing us housing late at night and on the weekends. Even though my budget wasn't anything spectacular Robert treated me like he would if I had millions of dollars to spend. I would highly recommend Robert to any of my friends and family!!

Robert helped my husband and I purchase our first home in Lake in the Hills. He was very quick to respond and very attentive to our needs. Robert was heaven-sent. Our beautiful Round Lake house had sat on the market for months after our first offer fell through. When our contract expired, I was about to start looking for a new agent but Rob, being extremely proactive, found me first! He had a strong game plan and was very honest about what we needed to do to sell the house for top dollar in what was now an unpopular home buying season. Long story short, we were under contract in just 2 weeks! He is very outgoing, knowledgeable, and thorough and he always kept us informed of showings and outcomes. Robert listed our neighbor's home and we decided to contact him because we were impressed with the listing. Robert was very motivated to sell our house and was very confident in his ability to do so. My wife and I liked his marketing technique and his drive. He connected us with a photographer that gave us in-depth instructions on how to stage the home for the listing, the pictures came out wonderfully! Within days of listing our home, we had several showings and multiple offers! There were some bumps in the road but we closed in record time as well.
