Christy searched with us for a new home, she was patient and understanding of our likes and dislikes. Both were honest about values and opinions. They really made this a good experience for us. In our case we did not find the right new home right now, no fault of Robert and Christy just homes on the market, and decided to wait and keep our current home. Selling your home is a daunting task, my wife and I began this journey like most people by interviewing real estate agents. Having lived in the area for a long time we knew who was selling houses in our neighborhood by the for sale sign in the yards but not much about the agents. We searched the net for questions we should be asking during the agent interview process and began interviewing local agents. Robert and Christy came highly recommended by friends who were using them. During the initial interview Robert and Christy presented a professional market analysis and made suggestions to improve how the house would show to possible buyers. Other agents made no suggestions to improve the showing of the house. What drew us to Robert and Christy was their honesty, knowledge of the business and professionalism. They truly cared about us and wanted to help us through this process. After discussing the pricing of the house we signed on the dotted line and were introduced to the rest of it.

This company was the first and last mortgage company we sought out to. From the minute my fiance and I walked into their office, it was smooth sailing. We bought our first home about two weeks ago and even though the paperwork process prior was grueling and lasted a few weeks before we actually got the house, Robert and Christy helped us with everything we needed - they have a very responsive team that actually cares about their clients. Since we got the house, they both have come to visit us which is really nice. I don't know if other company's do that but it was really sweet, along with wanted to come to our house warming party. They are very thoughtful people and honestly, anyone that can deal with both my fiance's impatient personality and my absent mind is on my wall of fame for sure! its been about three weeks and they are still assisting us with questions and concerns.
