More about Robert Tremblay
Robert formed the residential real estate firm Tremblay Realty in the fall of 2013. This was a natural offshoot of his development firm, RLT Development, which created and built the Townhomes and Brownstones of Harbour Place in Davidson NC.
Prior to the formation of RLT Development LLC in 2005, Robert was involved in the development of both multi-family and commercial properties in the Tidewater Virginia market with BECO Construction. He was directly involved with the acquisition and development of several class A multi-family sites with over 850 units developed. In addition to these activities, he was involved in the development of commercial and flex warehouse properties. Robert was responsible for the property management of both the commercial and residential properties and has completed the requirements for his IREM designation as a Certified Property Manager.
