My wife and I were buying our first home, so needless to say we needed some major help in understanding the buying process. Thankfully, Rob educated and helped us throughout our time together always answering any questions we had. He did homework for fair market prices each time we looked at houses. He helped us purchase a FSBO property, negotiating the price down 8%, and he negotiated $1500 in repairs when the owners originally listed the property as "AS IS". He met us at every property we wanted to see without question and looked for potential repairs before we got there. His evaluation of each home was unbiased and didn't push us to choose a home that wasn't the right fit. He looked out for our best interests and asked for things from the seller we wouldn't have thought to ask, giving us more security in our first home purchase. We're truly thankful he was our realtor and would recommend him a thousand times over.

Rob is hands down THE. BEST. REALTOR. EVER!!! Honestly I cannot say enough great things about him! There isnt one single thing I wish he would have done differently or better!
