When I approached her with the unique situation of buying a property long distance, sight unseen, her experience, honesty and professionalism shone through. She was more than willing to work with me and made sure I was comfortable in a less than ideal situation. She toured through the property, offering video and commentary to me so that I could get a true feeling of what I was seeing as if I were there. I think there was a bit of anxiety for her of whether buying a property like this would really work or not, but it actually worked quite well. I put total faith in her abilities and she came through for me. She always immediately got back to me if I had questions, and knew where to find answers if she didnt know the answer herself.
