Robyn is absolutely amazing to work with. We are so happy we went with Robyn Bower for the sale of our house. We had tried to move earlier in the year but our move fell through. She was completely understanding and expressed eagerness to still work with us. Being first time sellers, she explained the details of the selling process thoroughly and gave us plenty of advice, including what we needed to change and what we didnt. We did an out-of-state closing and she took care of all of the arrangements, leaving us with minimal hassle. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process, letting us know as soon as we had offers on the house. She was available day and night. She got the listing in just after we moved out and her pictures of the house were excellent, making the house look awesome and large. Our house sold in less than 24 hours after listing. There were no delays on closing except due to a water leak from removing a rented water softener. She bought equipment to remove the water and dry the affected areas, even vacuuming for hours herself. She said she just couldnt leave our house like that. She got the water softener company to send someone over quickly to correct the leak and to take responsibility for it, saving us time and money. She even got them to cover related utility bills. She also negotiated with the new owner to close the sale before all the water damage repairs were taken care of. Even after the extra hassle, she still showed great appreciation for our business and sent us small thank you gifts. She really looked out for us and our house, going above and beyond, and we highly recommend her services.

I would recommend Robyn to anyone she was very responsive (even when on vacation). She is very knowledgeable and you can have fun at the same time. You can tell she has sold a lot of homes, and now I know why. It was a stress free experience. I work crazy hours and she would email me or text when it was convenient for me sometimes 1 or 2am!
