Robyn was simply amazing and Im not an easy sell as a retired marketing instructor! She is very professional, extremely honest and goes above and beyond the call of duty. She is constantly watching out for you noticing all of the details whether they are helping the sell or possibly hurting it. You want a realtor that has your back! You will NOT find a more sincere, thoughtful or thorough realtor. She is a true gem! I definitely consider it a blessing that I just happened to call her about one of her listings. I made it clear that I planned to work with someone else. Her wonderful personality just pulled in me from that call and I knew she was the one for me! Im grateful I changed my mind.

Robyn is a seasoned professional. Every aspect of our buying experience was above the standard. We lived out-of-state, and Robyn worked tirelessly to make sure that we found the perfect house for our move to Mississippi. It was during the summer where there were multiple listings per house and houses were moving before we could even look at them, but Robyn found the perfect house in the perfect price range that we were able to close on within a month of the offer. Robyn went far & above the normal realtor relationship to make this deal work to everyone's satisfaction. Once we found our home it went off the market. She followed up And it reappeared for sale. Robyn called and we again starting the sales process. Without Robyn 's personal caring for her clients we would have never known the house went back on the market. She drove in the rain late one night to pick up papers to be signed. Drove the next morning 2 hours had them signed & notarized & drove them back 2 hours to have and deliver them after which she drove to Rankin County To deliver the papers & then drove home last that evening. Robyn found me the perfect house. Knowing that I was probably going to move to the Jackson area, I had been hunting online and making my own lists. Once my move was certain, I found Robyn through a referral service and it was the best decision I made when looking for a house. She worked with me having to reschedule on her at the last minute and then was able to get the most out of our day of house hunting. My list had been mainly populated with houses in a single neighborhood but after seeing 3 houses, I decided I didn't want to buy there. She quickly picked up the phone and her ipad and found a couple of places not on my list in neighborhoods that I hadn't considered. Within 3 hours, we were standing in the living room of my new house. Once we put in an offer, she walked me through all of the steps towards closing ranging from options for inspections to the phone numbers of the utilities for the home.

We moved back to Mississippi in 2009 and started looking to buy our 3rd house soon after. Robyn has more patience than any realtor I've ever dealt with. We did not find the right home for us until summer of 2012. Never once during the 2.5 years she was showing us houses, did I feel like she was pushing us towards one that wasn't right. She would make suggestions and give us pointers when asked, but ultimately let us decide with no pressure. We really had no idea what we wanted and looked a houses ranging from those needing a lot of work to brand new construction. The only items we had to deal with buying our house concerned the bank. Most problems only reached our ears after Robyn had fixed them unless they involved decisions we had to make, which were few. This had to be about the smoothest buying experience ever.

Robyn is great. She took us to look at many homes. Some in the pouring rain. When we found "the house", she negotiated for us. She continues to check in on us after we moved.

Robyn was our buyers agent and is the best realtor I have had the opportunity to work with. She set aside time to show us around Clinton before we even knew if we were going to be moving to the area. When we did decide to move to Clinton, we had a significant time crunch given the dates that were associated with us starting our new jobs. Subsequently, the only time we had available to visit potential properties was July 4th weekend. Robyn did not hesitate to look at houses that weekend. She looked out for our best interest throughout the entire process and even did the leg work to allow us to close and move in ahead of schedule.
