What can I say about Robyn? She helped us purchase our condo at the Metropolitan back in 2004, and when we found a property in Tiburon we wanted, we had to sell the Met condo quickly. Robyn worked tirelessly to make it all happen for us. She is our "go-to" realtor and now our wonderful friend. I cannot recommend her highly enough!

If you have a property to list or buy in south beach or Rincon Hill, using Robyn is a no brainer. She knows this market better than anyone in SF. In some buildings she has probably bought or sold a majority of the units. I bought my unit at the Met from her as seller's agent 15 years ago, and then engaged her as my agent to sell it last year. She takes care of absolutely everything. I gave her the keys, and then next time I set foot in the unit, it had been cleaned, painted, remodeled, staged -- looked like a completely different condo. I didn't have to lift a finger. I showed up for the first open house, it was in contract 36 hours later for a great price over asking.
