Rochelle Perkins

As a lifelong resident of Indianapolis, I'm a self-proclaimed Indy expert. I've lived and worked in several different areas of Indy, so I'm especially passionate about the growth and development of Marion county. Prior to being a full time Realtor, I worked in banking, primarily focused on personal financial services. I decided to take the leap into real estate full time because I really enjoyed the coaching and counseling aspect of my previous career as a financial counselor. Having been through the process myself as a first generation homeowner, I wanted to equip others to feel comfortable making a smart and sound decision on the biggest transaction in their lifetimes. When I am not working, I love to find a good series on Netflix or Hulu and dive in. So, if you are not ready to buy, sell, or build a home yet, feel free to send me recommendations on your favorite shows you've seen recently!
