Rod Martin

From the first day we contacted Rod, he worked diligently to help us find our home. He helped us through numerous showings, walked with us through the buying process, and responded quickly to all of our questions. We never plan on moving, but if we did, our first call would be to Rod.

Rod was very pleasant to work with. As soon as I contacted him on a property interest, he responded quickly. My husband and I were able to go look at the property soon after that and it was an instant, yes! Rod was on top of all the paperwork that needed to be e-signed and had everything ready for me to read and sign. Rod

We loved working with Rod. He was incredibly patient and very knowledgeable. We felt very lucky to have Rod represent us, especially as a first time home buyer. He was always available for questions. Rod is equally kind and competitive. During a tough market, Rod helped us get a great deal. We hope to refer our friends and family to

Hes the best, hands down. I have never had a better realtor in my life. 10/10 would recommend to anyone. He always answers my calls, explained everything, very easy to learn from and work with. He is overall just a really cool guy, very interesting. He has lives in the area for many many years and his local knowledge saved me a bunch of time. Thanks a ton!

"Rod was excellent to work with and walked us through the entire process of purchasing our first home. He was available to answer our questions about different properties and the overall process of purchasing a home. He was able to get us in quickly to see properties we were interested in and kept us up to date on new homes that became available. His background and knowledge in construction was very helpful as we looked for the right home. Whether you are buying or selling I would highly recommend Rod!"
