I graduated from Red Bluff Union High school, Red Bluff, California; Sacrament State, Sacramento with a BA in English; and Brigham Young University with an MA in Communications. I specialize in assisting buyers to get the best deal they can on a home. For sellers, I specialize in marketing their home effectively by encouraging them to stage it for highest value and use the commission as a marketing tool, not an expense, which is a different approach than traditional agents. I provide an interior designer to consult with my sellers and teach them how to stage their home properly. I use the Internet heavily through Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage-Orem to market their home and other high-tech tools to speed up the transfer of information and sale of the home.
