I had tried to sell my apartment as a For Sale By Owner, but it was more work and stress than I expected. Roger explained his process in detail, and that even after paying commissions I would still get the return I needed. I gave him a shot and in about two weeks he had my property under contract. He was present at every showing (as promised) and screened potential buyers to ensure they were qualified. Roger has been very helpful during the whole process and he was there for me all the time while inspection-appraisal-walk through.
