I operate heavily on referrals, so when I was referred to (Roger Bintner) I knew that I would be dealing with the best. I live out of state and had been renting my home for the past year. Roger was instrumental in working with my tenants to relocate and prepare my home for sale. Roger has an amazing team all-around from his office to the contractors he used in readying my home. I highly recommend the contractors/landscapers too! Roger had my home sold after one day of showing and that was on New Year's Eve! I almost fought Roger on hiring the staging company because of the cost but I trusted him and boy was I impressed. The staging makes such an impact! Roger did such a great job that we honestly considered moving back. If I ever sell a home again Roger will be my first phone call (hopefully he's willing to travel to Mississippi)

I was so fortunate to have Roger Bintner, Sr. as my real estate agent. My husband had a stroke and I was with him eight hours a day in the hospital and rehab. My life was turned upside down but Roger said "don't worry about a thing, I will handle everything for you". He immediately took on the responsibility of remodeling my condo with little cost to me. He warned me not to put too much into it because I may not get a return on my investment. His team of contractors, and stagers did an amazing job in a very short time and Roger even helped clean and polish my hardwood floors and cleaned the decks and brought in some of his own planters and home decor items to add a special touch to the condo. His final photos were magnificent and brought in many potential buyers and real estate agents the first two days. I didn't have to do a thing and my condo sold the second day for a price that was more than I anticipated. I would recommend Roger to anyone who is interested in someone who is honest and caring and very skillful and knowledgeable at his profession.

Roger is an excellent realtor, extremely knowledgeable, patient, answered my billion questions, helped me buy and sell several houses successfully, he also directed me to a mortgage agent who got my approval quickly, Roger sent me several apps that made my life easier when I was looking for a house, he responded quickly to my requests for showings even those far from his office, I would highly recommend him.
