Roger Pace

Roger was resourceful, engaged and indispensable when it came to selling our older home in CP. He knows the area well and we worked together to arrive at the best decisions to sell a home that wasn't perfect. He's responsive and easy to work with, I'd recommend choosing Roger to be your realtor!

Due to the sudden unexpected death of our father, we had to move our mother from Indiana to Arizona to live with us with absolutely no notice. That obviously left us with the problem of what to do with the house we were leaving behind. We heard about Roger through a great friend of ours. So we called him up, explained the situation, and asked if he could help. It was the best call we ever made. Roger went above and beyond for us. Being in Arizona and having already used all the time we had available from work to move my mom out, it was impossible for us to return to over see the sale. Roger came to our rescue. He walked us through the whole process over the phone, kept in constant communication every step of the way, and oversaw getting the house ready for the sale. Since we couldn't be there, he took pity on us and took it upon himself to assist with fixing problem as they arose. An example of one of the bigger problems: While showing the house, he suspected a gas leak, so he had us call the utility company (turns out we had 3 leaks) and then Roger met with them and even assisted in making the repairs. Since it was winter and the gas obviously had to be turned off until the repairs were finished, he brought over portable heaters to keep the pipes from freezing. In short, Roger made preparing and selling the house the most pain free experience anyone could ever dream of.
