I am a Central Minnesota native, born and raised in the local area. I have a wonderful wife, three adult children and two precious grandchildren. I love spending time with my family, exercise, sports, and volunteering with various non-profit and Chamber related groups. I am a licensed Realtor. I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property within Central Minnesota and the Metro. I pride myself on my knowledge of school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information. I am one-half of the Roger Schleper / Jeremy Forsell Real Estate Partnership providing our clients two Realtors for the price of one.
