We were lucky to choose Romila as our realtor for selling our house. Romila is a highly detail oriented person and very responsive and immediately gets back with answers for any queries that I had during the house sale. She did the necessary background work and marketing campaigns before the first open house and ensured the overall house sale could go as smooth as possible and coordinated with buyers side whenever required and kept us updated always. She is always a text and call away.we are still relying on her knowledge to set up our home. We were looking for a place to grow our family and she found us the perfect place. In our first meeting we gave her our preferences and she followed it to the last letter. She never pushes you to like a property and will honestly list out the pros and cons. She has a great negotiator. She is ver flexible in her schedule. And most of all her local knowledge is tremendous. She has great pulse on the market and gives on point advice. We started this process of house hunting about a year ago. We went through many realtors before we met Romila. Once we met her she sat down with us explained the whole process, made us focus on key points like area, school district and then started the hunt. This was key cause before that we were all over the place looking for houses. Once the process started it took us less than a month to find our dream home AND at a GREAT DEAL !!! She did al the negotiation and through out the process kept managing our expectations and never let us get too excited till everything was done. Through out the buying process parallaly she also helped us sell our house. Her marketing and social media skills were genius to say the least. Within 8 days of listing we had our offer on the house at the price we wanted !!!!! Again during the sell process she never let us get too excited till the deal was done and managed expectation. Out of the many great qualities one very important one is NOTHING is hidden with her. She is very upfront and truthful about everything. She gives honest opinions which is very helpful. Other than all this her team (attorney, mortgage broker) they were great very helpful and each and everyone including her is extremely responsive. Any time we had questions day or night they were all a text or a call away. And we got responses right away. To summarize Romila is great at her job and through this process we have earned a great friend more importantly !!!!!!!!

Romila went over and beyond to help us find our dream home. After 2 long years of house hunting, a few disappointments and ups and downs along the way, we found the house that we love, in the town that we wanted. Amazing, pretty much sums it up. At times she would do more work than the lawyers!!She works on the weekends so everyone is up to speed first thing Monday morning. She did more work for the buyers than their own realator, just to keep both parties happy and aware of what was happening.I have a realtor for life!!!

Romila listed our house in Mountain Lakes, and even with a slow local market, our house was under contract in under a month at a price we were very happy with. She spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes have sold in the area, how long their listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. She was always there for us!Romila made the home buying process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like giving us staging tips, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. When we saw our listing we were blown away. Her hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off.As our Realtor, she helped us find the right house in the right neighborhood for the right price. She was patient as it took several months and cautioned us about making unreasonable offers when we fell too quickly for overpriced homes.In short, she was always on our side working to make our house purchase as simple and successful as possible. Romila responds timely, is on top of things and very respectful. Unless she's in a meeting, you will get an email or text back immediately. And when the seller was giving us a hard time, she was there to get things rolling again. She was even more attentive to get us nearer to closing than our lawyer! You're not just another customer with Romila. She's like a warm friend that helps and puts herself in your shoes. I would rate her higher if I could!

After interviewing a few other agents, I stumbled on Romila through Zillow. Quite frankly, she knocked it out of the park. She took the time to walk through my home before going back and researching the comps, worked with me through every step of the process, and was incredibly responsive.I just closed the sale today, and I can't say enough about her. She has an incredible in depth knowledge of the area, set expectations that she met or exceeded every time, and even checked in on the house once I vacated to check and see if there were a few items I had left behind.She is an amazing agent who will go above and beyond for her clients.
