Ron Ehman

I started in real estate in 1996 (Illinois) and specialize in providing exceptional, full service real estate consultation to buyers and sellers. As an advocate for my clients, I get top dollar when selling, through a 'best in class' online marketing approach. With my background in engineering and experience in construction, I provide in-depth feedback on the physical aspects of homes, land, farms and projects. Through my network of service providers, I bring a wide range of financing, construction, home preparation, staging and marketing expertise to the table. My education includes a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois and an MBA from University of Chicago. I teach a real estate finance class in the business program of WCU (West Chester University), since 2009, and as such, understand the many facets of financing a purchase and help to find the right loan source and program for my clients.
