Just WOW!! Ron went so far above and beyond my expectations!!! I was referred by two different friends who had purchased with Ron and I wish there was more then 5 stars to give, he deserves at least 10!!! He was professional, honest, a great communicator and always made time for you. Without Ron I honestly would not be typing this from my new home! As a first home buyer with no real time line, Ron talked through some different wants in a property to help set up a list of potentials. He quickly answered questions about different listings, researched information and always promptly came back with an answer. When it came time to view, he was very honest about the condition of the properties, potential issues and future work as well as realistic price point. I eventually decided on a new build property and without Ron, I would not be in the home now. We hit issues with the appraisal, features and options but Ron was calming and always reassuring that it would work out, and it did! Through his negotiations and professionalism he secured a great price with everything I wanted! I can't recommend and thank him enough, he is not out to just sell and move on, he is there with you every step and after to ensure that you are happy and taken care of! Highly Recommended!

Ron was so awesome. He went beyond his job to help me with placing my stuff in storage while my home was being built. The best part was his wife encouraged him{ told him to come help me} how sweet was that. lol
