Ron was great! From the minute we met him, he was able to communicate his vision for selling our house. After multiple sale attempts over the past few years with other realtors, Ron sold our house in less than three days for over asking price. We then used him for the purchase of our new house, and everything went smoothly as he truly listened to our wants/needs and found us houses to look at that fit what we were looking for. Ultimately, the house we ended up purchasing was perfect for our family, and we got it at a great price! I would absolutely recommend Ron to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

Ron is not an ethical agent. He represented a seller and I was the buyer. He informed my agent that they were canceling the original contract and going with my offer, but they never canceled it. It was during the attorney review period so this would have been extremely easy to cancel it. Instead he said after we paid for an inspection, radon and appraisal that they were now canceling my contract because they "tried to cancel it but couldn't". Any attorney, I repeat, Any attorney has zero trouble canceling a contract during the attorney review period. My contract was without contingency and as is. He used me as leverage for original buyer. I guess Ron look's at me as acceptable collateral damage. If you deal with Ron then you condone this kind of behavior. This is just my opinion.
