Ron Maruca, who is also a former neighbor, was our agent for two real estate purchases, a condominium in Pompano Beach and a house in Coconut Creek. He also helped rent my condo for me. We picked southern Florida as the place we'd like to retire to during the winter. Living in the Chicago area, we were anxious to find a southern locale that would allow us to escape the harsh north winds and snows during the winter. Angie's sister had a wonderful experience with Ron several years ago while she was looking for a place to live. She was new to the area and had no idea where to look. She was referred to Ron, and he worked very hard over a rather long period of time, eventually finding just the right place for her. We must say that he did the same thing for us. We only had three days to look for what we wanted, but Ron gathered up our list of things we wanted in a condo and went to work for us. When we arrived, he had many locations for us to look at, making sure that each met the criteria we had given to him. On the last day, we did find what we were looking for and a contract soon followed. Ron worked even harder because of our living over 1600 miles away. Many things had to be done via FAX or overnight mail, and Ron actually managed the entire thing for us. We are so grateful to have been lucky enough to secure his services. In my job, I am often asked if I can recommend a Realtor. Although I know about 15 people in this profession, I have always directed inquiries to Ron. I find him to be a man of integrity. So when the time came for us to purchase a home, Ron was our choice for our Realtor. We purchased our condo on 40th Avenue in Dania, FL. Ron found and sold us this, our first property. But before we selected this particular location, Ron took me to view over a dozen other properties. My experience was truly amazing, a dream come true! My experience was nice, smooth and simple. I found Ron on the Internet. Once I made the call to Ron it all went smoothly from there.
