It’s been three months since my purchase, and Ron still checks in to see how I’m doing in my new home in this new city. You will not find a more genuine person / realtor who cares so much! During the search for my first home, Ron has been very honest, supportive, fun, and unbelievably efficient (always texted/called/emailed back within minutes!). In the beginning, I would plan to see 7-10 places a day, and Ron was able to accommodate that while helping me eliminate certain ones so we wouldn't waste time. He was very professional during the negotiation process, advising me the best strategies all while being respectful to the seller. This encouraged the seller to be cooperative when I asked for repairs following the home inspection. He checked in with me, my mortgage broker, and attorney regularly until we did the walk through on closing day. Ron was so happy and excited for me when I finally got the condo, and it was so obvious that he genuinely cared. Ron also has an amazing network in real estate. He recommended both my mortgage broker and home inspector, and both were so great to work with. Ron definitely made the purchase of my first home so much easier and even somewhat fun. I highly recommend Ron to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient realtor. He saved me so many headaches and I can't imagine working with another realtor ever again!

He helped me move across the country, find a place to rent, and is helping me find a house. He met me at 930pm when I arrived, and drove us to the home! He is fast and dependable, I know I can count on him for anything, even down to knowledge of town and good restaurants. I contacted so many Realtors, they were nice but Ron really came through. I cannot communicate how efficient, supportive, and reliable he is. I will never use any other Realtor in town. He has helped me with every detail and I have counted on him so many times, he comes through every time! He is warm and pleasant, I really can't say enough about him, he really is the best!
