I work mostly with buyers, local and from out of the area. I help them navigate issues like mortgage approval, foreclosures, short sales, condo and homeowner association issues, homesteading, tax and insurance issues, and inspections, just to name a few. I have a lot of knowlege, and can pretty much determine the quality of a property in a showing. I feel my job is to educate the buyer, and assist them in getting the best value for their dollars. I prefer to engage the buyer in conversation, to understand their motivation and what they are looking for. I do seller listings, and I like to spend time and effort to make the property appealing to the prospective buyers.
