If you buy property in or around New Waverly, Rosa's Son, Daryl Goffney drives up and down the streets in his father's very loud dodge truck. With children present. He goes 60 to 80 mph in 30 mph zones. He is very dangerous, because he has a medical issue, and should not be on the streets. Not sure if he has been in trouble, but if he keeps doing it, someone will get hurt eventually.
