I am a first time home buyer. Mike and Rosa made it very easy for me. They walked me through the whole process and when it came to negotiations and closing Mike was extremely skillful. I could not have asked for anything better. It was indeed a great pleasure working with them.

We wish Mike, Rosa and Omar could be cloned! You can't put a price on their friendship, expertise, motivation and good humor. They helped us find our first house in Lubbock and were so patient. Now they are helping us with our second house after we decided we needed a little more space. We feel they always have our backs, apply no pressure, and have been more than generous. My husband and I considered moving from San Diego to Lubbock. Before we committed, Rosa was amazing answering all of our questions via phone about Lubbock with cost of living, housing, and so on. We decided to drive out the end of July and see for ourselves, and to look at houses should we want to move. Rosa sent us a listing of the houses in our price range, and we went through and told her which ones we were interested in. She set up numerous appointments with the sellers, and we spent the entire Saturday going from house to house in search of one perfect for us. That afternoon, we found the house we wanted, and went straight back to her office to begin the paperwork. Rosa, and her husband Mike, worked together in the negotiation with the seller on a contingent bid. Everything fell into place beautifully! We sold our home in San Diego, and purchased our new home in Lubbock. Rosa would call and email us to keep us updated on the progress as needed, or if we called with questions. When the closing of the house was approaching, Omar was our point of contact for helping us with the signing appointments. Omar helped us with information to transition the utilities, and the numerous other questions that come up when you are moving half way across the country. Rosa, Mike, and Omar were awesome to work with! Exit Realty made our move a wonderful transition to the Lubbock community. Thank you so much for all of your hard work!

Rosa went out of way several times . If it was to try an get a house we wanted to look at to any questions we had or any question on closing. We began our search for a home in May 2017 and decided to go with Rosa McGuire based off of her good reviews on Zillow. Reviews do not lie! She always had time to show us a home and would go out of her way to do so. Rosa and Mike are knowledgeable and really look out for you. The home we wanted had just got on the market on Memorial Day and Rosa met with us THAT DAY to show us the house. She communicated to us very well throughout the whole process and Mike was also very informative since it was our first home purchase. After the purchase, Mike and Rosa were still there looking out for us and making sure that we transitioned well. We had an issue arise a few weeks after with the house regarding the Warranty company and Mike jumped on it so quickly even though he didn't have to. I would recommend them, not only to purchase a home, but with their knowledge, any buying or selling of a house, too.

Rosa is very professional. She sent us portal before we went to Lubbock so that we can first see the pictures of the houses and delete the ones we do not like. We spent a day seeing around 15 houses that are on our list. She knows a lot about the neighborhood, the parts of the house we need to pay attention and how to give offers. With the help of Rosa and Mike, we get a really good buy. Besides, they also help us estimate the minor repairs we gonna need and get them done before we move in, which is so nice and considerate since we live in anther state right now. I do recommend Rosa.
