Rosalie helped me purchase my home and also helped me sell it several years later. When I was looking for a home she was always there, on time. Actually, most of the time she was there early scoping the house out. I'm a very picky person so it took around 3 months and over 20 showings for me to finally find a home and Rosalie never lost her patience. She made selling my home a breeze. I had to move out asap because of the loss of my job. I moved in with family over an hour away which I thought would be troublesome with trying to sell the house. Not with Rosalie. She was there to let inspectors in, lock up after they left and go out of her way to meet me for paperwork. My home needed some electrical work for it to pass CO inspection and she had an electrician there the very next day fixing everything. I'm currently looking for another home in a different area and have already been through 3 agents. I can't find anyone who is even half the agent this woman is.
