Not only was she determined to help us find exactly what we wanted our first home to be but she also was there to answer any first time home buying questions we had. As the home buying experience continued Rosanna stayed patience but also positive when we were getting discouraged and stressed out with the roadblocks thrown our way. Even to the very last day of the process she was there at closing still helping us with every question we had. I would refer Rosanna to all my friends and family especially first time home buyers. Rosanna acted as the listing agent for my property that was approved for a short sale. After previous attempts with potential buyers failed to gain traction for more than a year, Rosanna came in with a determination to get the place sold quickly, and she did exactly that. One of the best things about my experience was that it was so easy. The use of email, digital signing, and mobile notary helped to move things along at a smooth pace particularly since the property is in Las Vegas and I live in a different state. Also, the title company and the escrow person there who Rosanna worked with was equally helpful. Together, they were a great one-two punch! Rosanna is always pleasant, honest, quick to notify, good at following up, professional, and uses all the modern-day tools and resources available to her. One can't ask for much more from an agent.
