Please avoid her. She will say one thing and then you will have to show her that her own documentation says another. Her communication skills are lacking as well. She seems self absorbed after she gets what she want which is her cut. Please don't do like I did and READ YOUR PAPERWORK. She knows how to get over on people. Be careful at the very least.
