Rose is amazing. She is very responsive to your needs and is a "go getter" I was in a bind trying to get my home sold and she got right on top of it. She did not even hesitate. Feb 1, 2019I cant say enough good things about Rose in a simple online review, but as a person shes very kind and caring -- you feel like youre working with a longtime friend rather than a realtor only focused on dollar-signs! She really has nothing but your best interests in mind and really wants to do the best for not only her sellers, but the buyers of your property too. She went above and beyond with great photographs, listing it on social media, putting up pointer signs (for those who opted to drive around looking for homes), and hosting several open houses! She maintained great communication with the buyers agent throughout the whole process and relayed information in a very timely fashion. The process to list my home was painless; easily being able to sign forms and submit information online saved a lot of time (not having to take time off from work to go into an office to sign forms, make copies of documents, etc was a big plus). I can only say that I wish the home selling/buying process wasnt over!

Jul 7, 2018What impressed me about Rose was her integrity. Her honesty along with her enthusiasm and dedication made selling my home a stress free endeavor. While the house sold after only two days on the market, I know Rose spent many hours before hand setting up for that amazing feat.

She was so thorough and made sure every detail was taken care of which made my experience as easy and stress free as possible. She has a heart of gold and I had utmost faith in her ability to find the best deal for my house so that I could get the biggest return that I could. She recognizes that as a seller, every dollar matters. By saving me so much money, I was able to put that money toward paying down debt and going on a long overdue vacation.
