I worked with Roseann in the beginning of the year, New Years Day to be exact. She helped us on our first home purchase. There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes when your under contract. Roseann was very much involved with the mortgage lenders, attorneys office, buyers/ sellers and keeping me informed on the progress.I like to point out also, not only did I purchase a home with Roseann, she was able to sell my Co-op. Roseann helped my parents when they were looking to find a condo out East. My parents are in their 80s, worked hard all their lives and have 8 kids and many grandchildren. They wanted to find a place for the family to enjoy. Roseann introduces them to a beautiful place in Calverton, the Bluffs. She was so wonderful to my parents and couldnt do enough to ensure that they would be happy with their new condo. She was always available for questions and anything that we needed. Roseann has made the stressful process of purchasing a house a nonstressful event. She represents and is 100% for the client. All I can say is what a great experience this has been. From the start Roseann came to our house fully prepared with accurate comps and a thorough knowledge of the current market conditions. We priced the house fairly aggressively and received offers in less than 24 hours. And the house sold before the pictures hit the web - and the pictures were by a professional photographer. When the offers came in there was no pressure to sell - so we negotiated a fair deal that worked for both buyer and us. After the contract was signed - she did not disappear like many agents do when the sale is a done deal. She arranged and met the buyer for walk through right to the closing. We could not have received any better representation as a seller. Sold and closed in just over 60 days. Just great
