I cannot say enough about Rosita! She knew that I was in a time crunch and needed to find a new home right away. She was instrumental in finding my dream home and negotiating the perfect deal for me. When things went sideways, through no fault of hers, she held my hand and went to work. She was very firm with the other agent and empathetic to the sellers situation. Through her excellent negotiation skills and knowledge of the process, she was able to think outside the box and get the deal closed. At one point she even rolled up her sleeves and helped the buyer load up the moving van. Her responsiveness to my frustrations helped to alleviate my fears. Anyone would be lucky to have her as their agent!

We have known Rosita for almost 10yrs. and consider her to be not just our agent, but our friend. She initially found the home our son purchased in Lake Stevens and then listed and sold the home a few years later, getting him a top price in a very slow market. Rosita is the best out there to help you find your home! She works day and night, around the clock for you. She has an awesome personality and smile. It was warming to go to each house with her. (There were many!) We were starting to give up hope and then she found us the house that we call home.
