In 2001, I became a licensed Realtor in Arizona and have been involved in the sales and market analysis of several hundred homes in the Phoenix Metropolitan area. I specialize in single family homes of all kinds in Scottsdale, East Valley and North Phoenix. Prior to becoming a Realtor, I served 4 years in the USAF, then enjoyed a 21 year career with IBM. The first 6 years of my IBM career was in the Large Systems service organization. The next 3 years in a project management position and then almost 12 years in Sales, both direct and indirect. I have lived in Arizona since 1996, previously living in Oregon, California, New York and Massachusetts.
