I've had the rare of experience of having Ross represent me both as a buyer and a seller in the Portland market in the past two years. He is well-known in the area (which is important when dealing with other brokers) and Living Room Realty has significant resources that he can offer to his clients. If you don't read anything further, Ross should be on your shortlist when considering a realtor.As a buyer, the process was incredibly easy. As first time buyers, Ross walked my wife and I through every step of the process and we had complete trust in his help - which really paid off. That was in 2016 at the height of the real estate frenzy in Portland and we were able to find an ideal, affordable home quickly and get it ready for a little bun we had in the oven.Flash forward to that little bun turning two years old.As a seller, I quickly realized that the process was a bit more complicated. But Ross and his team got us on the market in a time frame we were able to specify (which was aggressive to hit the height of the summer market). Ross has great resources when it comes to staging and photography. And he knows the value this can bring for his clients, so he goes the extra mile and works with some of the best. His marketing engine is also impressive and we were a Redfin hot home in the first 24 hours. I won't give too many specifics but we had excepted a great offer in days, when other comparable homes in the area were staying on the market much longer and having to settle for price reductions. Weather you are buying or selling a home in the greater Portland area, Ross and Living Room Realty are worth consideration. He's candid, hard-working, well established and connected in the real estate market -- one of the best.
