We discovered Wendy in 2012 and she has been our goto realtor ever since. Weve bought and sold multiple properties since then and theres never any hesitation on who we are going use as our realtor.

It was great to see how hands on she was.Showing When our house was ready for sale Wendy set up open houses for Friday-Sunday. Due to her advertising and real estate connections we had a great turnout for our open house and received a great offer within the first week.Negotiation With an offer in hand there are still some negotiations that take place and Wendy helped us though every question we had.Closing With all the prep work closing was flawless.Wendy always had time for any question we had even when she was on vacation. We couldnt have asked for better customer service.

Relocating to Colorado from out of state, we knew very little about the local area. Wendy was a phenomenal resource and extremely knowledgeable about the area. She guided us through the process And was always responsive. We needed to find a home in a very small time window and Wendys ability to orchestrate and execute our search exceeded our expectations.

Nikki is one of the best Realtors I have had the pleasure of working with. I have used her for both personal and investment real estate transactions, buying and selling, and would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone. She is not afraid to get her hands dirty and hustles to get the best deal possible for you. Nikki would show me any property I wanted to see without hesitation, wether it was a $500k multifamily or a $150k "distressed" disaster. She saved several deals from falling through due to silly objections or shaky buyers and saw them through to the closing table. I typically cannot stand real estate agents and their fake personas, but Nikki is an exception; she is the real deal and doesn't blow smoke or play games. If you want a top level Realtor, you won't be disappointed with Nikki.

I don't believe words can do justice to this team. We've done multiple transactions with them and referred our friends and family. Why? Because they have the knowledge and experience to consistently get us the best price on the buy and sell side. They've become like family- we trust them that much. Heather went above and beyond to make our relocation to CO as smooth and seamless as possible. She is both friendly and knowledgeable. It's because of her efforts and negotiation skills that we won a bidding war on our first-choice home.

Adelia is the BEST!!! Its like working with your best friend. She genuinely cares and is extremely knowledgeable. We are new to Colorado and there were so many things we didnt know to consider or to be aware of. Adelia educated us on everything from sump pumps to which direction you want to be facing (not North when it snows!). She informed us about the soil differences and why you may not want a corner lot (snow related again). She helped us negotiate a price so we stayed within our budget. She was there EVERY STEP OF THE WAY! Love her and highly recommend!

I have dealt with Joanne Rowley, both as a seller and a buyer. I was 100% satisfied on both occasions, and if I ever need another realtor in the Denver area, I will not even consider anyone other than Joanne. Wendy was an amazing realtor. She helped us find our first home in the Denver area when we relocated from Texas. She toured us around the Denver area, was able to talk about local activities, schools and showed us the BEST pizza place! She always responded quickly and was on top of everything! What makes Joanne Rowley and Rowley Group great is they know Parker and real estate. They are not pushy and will take the time to make sure your happy. They don't stop working for you once you bought or sold your home. I can text Joanne right now and ask for help and she would try her best to help. For example, I need help with a handy man for a job. Joanne would give me a name and number. I have bought and sold a few homes with them.

Heather was seriously a dream to work with. My husband and I were on the hunt for our first home. I was also 7 month pregnant. We were under a tight timeline and Heather was wonderful, accommodating, and extremely helpful in the process. As new owners in a crazy market, she took the time to inform us on all the ins and outs so that there would be no surprises.
