Roxanna Godinez

In 1990, Roxanna was brought to the US from Guatemala to work as an Administrative Assistant for a small aerospace manufacturer. As the aerospace sector diminished, she was determined to pursue the American dream. She decided to enter the residential real estate profession and obtained her license in 1992. She outreached into the community by demonstrating the elements and benefits of home ownership to first time buyers, offering seminars in local churches. She speaks Spanish and English fluently, with some knowledge of French and Italian. Her work experience with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac during the height of the foreclosure market in 1994-1997 gave her and in-depth knowledge of the foreclosure process.
