Roxanne Richardson

I'm obsessed with all things real estate and design. As a design graduate from the University of Maryland, I understand both the function and effective presentation of space which enables me to capably assist sellers looking to maximize the appeal of their properties and assist buyers to help them envision the possibilities when seeking a home or investment. I work with clients who are looking for a one-stop-shop and I've built my services around the philosophy that folks are busy...so I do a lot of the heavy lifting and take care of the details so you don't have to. Your goals and interest is at the forefront of every decision made and I am honored being the one clients trust to make their home sale or purchase as seamless as possible. When I'm not selling or designing homes, I'm likely out treasure hunting in vintage stores for furniture to restore, spending time with my "glam-kids" or at home trying a new recipe and enjoying a glass of bubbly.
