Roy had to deal with uncooperative tenants during a Covid pandemic, communicate with an elderly seller who lived out-of-state, and coordinate the tasks needed to close the sale. He was able to get all of the owner's furniture and belongings out of the house as well as have it cleaned without the seller having to travel to Texas.
