Roy is a real estate agent with International Real Estate Svcs in Round Rock, Texas and I have been through all phases of real estate over my 40 years of experience. I was a HUD listing broker where I listed and serviced 40 to 80 homes a month in 1996 through 1998, I was the CEO of International Mortgage Company where we funded $25,000,000 a month in loans 1999 through 2006. I had 200 licensed agents under my broker’s license during this same time period.in 2007 I sold all my business in California and moved to Texas where I now live. I am very active in real estate here in central Texas; showing others how to get the most money out of there house when I put it up for sale.
