Ruben worked with my wife and I to help us purchase our first home in Winter Springs. As first-time home buyers we had a lot of questions and I do mean a lot. This is the fifth home I have purchased in my life. Without a doubt, Ruben sets the standard of how a realtor should work FOR customers. From the very beginning of our home search it was readily apparent that Ruben was more concerned with matching us with the exacting requirements of the home we wanted; not trying to convince us to take a more expensive home that would meet his commission needs. When we found what we wanted, he was an expert negotiator on our behalf. He was there every step of the way from the offer and home inspection to the closing and even ordering pizza delivered to our new home on moving day for us and the movers. He has followed up after the move to ensure everything is going well. Bottom line is if my mother was a realtor I would seriously use Ruben on my next purchase and ask forgiveness later.
